Qualifications & experience

• Previous finance experience either in a call centre or personal banker preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to develop career into a Home Loan Specialist (Sales role)
• A genuine interest to learn

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assisting the home loan specialist with client requirements
• Preparing Loan notes and files notes to accompany lenders applications
• Performing all work in accordance with systems, processes, legislative and compliance standards
• Completing servicing calculators for clients as directed by Home Loan Specialists
• Liaising with Business Development Managers on lenders policy and loan scenarios
• Ability to convert leads into home loans
